    If youre ready to bring the best, come join the Customer Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Planning Head/Coordinator . Youll be responsible of CMKT Brand Building Budget and visibility, planning and control 1-12 month new projects, launchings, and promotions to Key Customers, delivering value to customers and shoppers on time. Your purpose would be to seek compliance of business plans guidelines aligned with operations team, contributing to Kellanovas growth through Perfect Execution. This hybrid role is located in Guatemala City with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office subject to change.

    Based on your performance, youll have the opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days youre in the office, no matter which office youll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands were all so proud to represent.

    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Commercial Calendar: Manage Commercial Calendar Planning and readiness.
  • Master Plan: Support and control Master Plan for every category across all countries.
  • Budget: Manage and Control brand building budget for the region.
  • Project Leading: Own all the 1-12 month process in new projects, launchings and promotions for key customers.
  • Pilot Strategies: Find key opportunities and new pilot strategies for our CORE market.
  • Were Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelors Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field.
  • 2+ business experience in sales, trade and / or customer marketing departments
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in budget control
  • Knowledge in market dynamics, REs, trade marketing and key customers
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Excel advanced knowledge
