- Commercial Strategies: Assure the adequate execution of Commercial Strategies in your region with an effective and efficient use of resources.
- Territory Performance Analysis and Sales Review: Supervise and analyze territory performance alongside customers to generate action plans.
- Sales and Shelp Placement Analysis: Review and analyze sales statistics, weekly/monthly sell out, and on shelf placement strategy execution.
- EDGE support: Provide support for EDGE initiatives, with focus on priority portfolio, pricing, commercial calendar, etc.
- In-Store Visibility: Maintain consistent in-store visibility to ensure brand awareness, equity, and proper innovation support.
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ business experience in sales, trade and/or customer marketing departments
- Field Execution experience
- Deep Knowledge on market/customer dynamics in each region

Youll be responsible for ensuring flawless execution across all Business Units in your region. Your purpose would be to seek compliance of execution guidelines aligned with business plans, contributing to Kellanovas growth through Perfect Execution. This hybrid role is located in Guatemala City with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office subject to change.
