- Realizar el acondicionamiento continuo del producto proveniente de las líneas de producción previa revisión y conteo dentro de los expedidores correspondientes a cada producto y presentación, para ser posteriormente colocados dentro de los cartones correspondientes en la cantidad establecida y lograr así cumplir con los estándares de calidad y los programas de producción establecidos.
- Revisar e informar a los Encargados de Línea y/o personal de Control en Proceso de cualquier anomalía en la calidad del producto y materiales de empaque a ser acondicionados, para asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad establecidos.
- Realizar la identificación de cada cartón que se complete de las líneas de producción con el número de identificación asignado como acondicionadora, con el fin de asegurar la trazabilidad del proceso de acondicionamiento.
- Registrar en los documentos de Control Farmacéutico, todas las operaciones realizadas para el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, asegurando así la trazabilidad de los procesos.
- Ejecutar cuando se solicite las operaciones de limpieza, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y cambios de formato, para así asegurar cumplir en tiempo el programa de producción establecido.
- Realizar cualquier actividad pertinente a la función productiva, que le sea asignada por su supervisor, para lograr cumplir el programa de producción.
- Ejecutar el control en proceso durante las diferentes etapas de acondicionamiento garantizando el cumplimiento de especificaciones de calidad.
- Estudios Secundarios Completo, Bachillerato Diversificado (Indispensable).
- Experiencia mínima de un año en un puesto similar (Indispensable).
- Disponibilidad de Horario (para turno diurno, nocturno y fin de semana) para turnos rotativos y trabajar en tiempo extraordinario.
- Debe ser una persona con habilidad para actividades operativas de tipo manual y excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
- Comprometida con los objetivos de la empresa.
- Debe ser capaz de mantenerse sentado en una máquina durante largos períodos de tiempo.
- Actitud proactiva y colaboradora para participar en tareas de limpieza y lavado de piezas.
- Poseer muy buena capacidad de observación para realizar trabajos minuciosos de inspección.
- Debe poseer la habilidad para trabajar en forma independiente o en equipo, debe ser ordenado, y ser una persona de reacciones rápidas, tener iniciativa, buenas relaciones interpersonales.
- Debe trabajar en base a objetivos y metas, respetando los límites establecidos.
