    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

  • Responsible for execution of plan to achieve AOP target, leveraging category materials (comms & innovation)
  • Execute outstanding marketing calendar that covers full demand journey from consumer to shopper, adapt and course correct to local business, market, media & customer conditions.
  • Manage local media planning and execution
  • Represent BU Marketing in relevant Connectivity calls with Beyond MX team.
  • Your Impact

    As Brand Marketing Assoc Manager - C&C Caricam your scope would consist of

  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies assuring the right portfolio Role & Contribution for Business Results:
  • Leading TCP process for each brand, defining portfolio objectives and strategy connecting the regional strategy from beyond MX team and tropicalized to each country.
  • Assure Brand ́s objectives within its portfolio aligned with Portfolio overall Role
  • Assure the correct implementation of brands strategies in CARICAM markets.
  • Provide direction to Brand Marketing analys report and field marketing coordinators of the brand ́s plans and strategies
  • Guarantees the correct measurement and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) within the brands of his/her portfolio:
  • Persuasive Equity Building Programs
  • Direction to Brands in Communication Development
  • Maximize Advertising Resources
  • Deep understanding of media mix
  • Assure the right communication briefs by brands
  • Assure the correct allocation of investment according to brand's media plan
  • Analyze how the brands are positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights in order to enhance current Brand KPI's (Value, Volume Sales, Profitability, Share):
  • Define the right portfolio mix according to the brand's demand space
  • Assign resources to the brands based on segment ́s & market opportunities
  • Provide portfolio profitability analysis & enabling his / her team to do this by brand
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Ensures efficient resource allocation:
  • Efficient A&M administration / (ROI mentality)
  • Priories within his /her portfolio big bets & big opportunities
  • Innovation Pipeline Strategic Direction to his/her team & other areas:
  • Consumer & market deep understanding for Innovation development
  • Work on the ̈reason why ̈ of each Innovation for his/her portfolio.
  • Give direction to field marketing team for innovation development
  • Define the right number of Innovations for his/her portfolio
  • Ensure talent management by:
  • Providing development opportunities for his/her team
  • Ensuring compliance of talent management process
  • Providing coaching & feedback to the team.
  • Assure A&M control across CARICAM region as the A&M gatekeeper for C&C category:
  • Provide correct control tools for the CARICAM team
  • Assure and keep pepsico supply chain policies
  • Assure A&M spend alingned with working & non working policies.
  • Aligned with supply chain, R&D,MX teams:
  • Participating in Supply Chain forums
  • Actively collaborate with the MX R&D teams to align the MX productivity agenda in CARICAM for the Gamesa portfolio
  • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing Business Administration in preference).

  • Experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Languages: Communication skills in Spanish and English written and spoken
  • In preference, if has experience of working in a media agency and understands de relevance of Digital strategies.
  • Leadership
  • Highly organized
  • Strong sense of urgency and teamwork oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytic capacity.
