- Soporte Técnico: Gestión de actualización de equipos, instalación o desinstalación de licencias, tareas para solucionar problemas de hardware y software.
- Infraestructura: Administración y mantenimiento de Servidores, Sistemas Operativos y Almacenamientos. Actualización de plataforma de monitoreo de dispositivos de la infraestructura. Instalación y configuración del hardware y software en los servidores. Administración de Active Directory. Infraestructura Cloud (Azure/Amazon/Google/Huawei).
- Soporte a aplicaciones: Ejecución de pruebas de procesos en ambientes controlados, construcción de data.
- Telecomunicaciones: Instalación y configuración de dispositivos de red, switch, router, balanceadores, firewall. Cambios de infraestructura de redes y seguridad. Experiencia en: Cisco, Aruba, Huawei , Checkpoint, Palo Alto, IPS, IDS, Antivirus y Hardening de dispositivos.
- Base de Datos: Instalación y configuración de bases de datos nuevas. Análisis de desempeño de las bases de datos. Experiencia en: Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB, SAP Hana, MongoDB.
