Inviting applications for the role of PTP SupervisorWe are looking for a PTP Supervisor, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical, and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing, and controlling different activities from direct reports on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
    •PTP Process supervision.
    •Review PO and Non-PO Invoice Posting.
    •AP Helpdesk Monitoring.
    •Review Payment Runs.
    •Vendor Master Data Monitoring.
    •Maintain operational KPIs/ SLAs
    •Create and Review SOP during transition.
    •Create Metric Reports for Management Team.
    •Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and calls.
    •Adherence to compliance policy.
    •Work under specific goals.
    •Proficiency in accounts payable skills.
    •Problem solving skills. Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications· High school diploma· 100% in both spoken and written Spanish · 95% in both spoken and written English· Good Communication skills.· Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.· SAP Knowledge.· Ability to work under pressure under specific goals.· Results oriented and good people skills.· People Leadership Background is a must.. Schedule Flexibility for Month End Closes is a must. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills I) Think creatively to meet the needs of the customerII) Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow throughIII) Ability to effectively communicate through calls and emailIV) Strong analytical and strategic thinkerV) Accountant and Financial analysisVI) Risk Management
