- Serve as primary contact for product owners and external teams.
- Responsible for production support.
- Primary responsibility for the team's scrum master role, allowing Expert Software Engineer, Principal QA and/or developers to serve in this capacity when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain user interface controls, business logic, and SQL Server stored procedures.
- Participate on agile team to estimate and groom backlog items, plan development activities, and improve the development process.
- Develop functionality using the company ́s coding standards
- Work with business analysts to clarify requirements and debug problems.
- Responsible for reaching out for outside help if the team is not able to solve developer's problem(s).
- Investigate third-level support requests.
