Descripción
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Design and deliver strategies consistent with client business as a subject matter expert Lead discovery efforts in collaboration with Design teams to set vision, goals, market fit and product financial analysis to ensure success.
Make creative recommendations to expand business with existing clients based on opportunity assessments that benefit both Applaudo and Client Tracks client business metrics in coherence with the goal and set tactical plans to achieve the desired results (ROI, Churn rate, adoption levels, etc) Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Define a clear vision for the solution developed while connecting the business impact of MVP initiatives to clear goals and objectives.
Design pathways to release or launch product solutions to the user hands including working with communication/marketing teams, executives, and other product management team members.
Continuous exploration of industry reinvention, trends and innovative solutions to assist our customers to reconfigure their businesses, operations, and technology to respond to market demands.
Qualifications Technical skills Knowledge of scrum framework, Communication and interpersonal skills, Techniques to manage product backlogs, Knowledge of product discovery approaches, Basic knowledge of software development concepts.
