    Your mission

    We are seeking a dedicated and communicative 1st Level Support Analyst to join our team.

    • In this role, you will act as the initial point of contact for support issues between our company and our customers, playing a vital role in addressing and resolving service requests.
    • In addition to great colleagues, you can expect an agile environment in which you will be the direct contact person for our customers and partners and provide first-level support for our ERP solution.
    • First point of contact for customer inquiries related to our ERP system APplus
    • You will develop solutions for technical issues together with our customers and partners.
    • You independently carry out analyzes and troubleshooting for APplus.
    • You document your analyses, solutions and implementation steps together as a team.
    • You work in an agile setup on the continuous development of our products.

    Your profile

    • In order to successfully fill this position, you have experience in the ERP environment. Ideally, you are familiar with topics such as administration, authorizations, monitoring of systems, database analyzes and reporting, preferably through experience in the administrative area with an ERP system.
    • You have a high level of service and team orientation and are characterized by a goal-oriented and analytical way of working.
    • You enjoy finding solutions even for complex tasks.
    • You have very good communication skills in German (spoken and written) and your English is also at a good level.
    • Modern web technologies pose no challenge for you.
