- Handle key requirements of new regulations to advise the team on country or region specific law updates.
- Ensure payroll setup meets legal and tax requirements and records are aligned with guidelines.
- Provide advice on local technical payroll regulations.
- Ensure an accurate payroll process for transfers and related activities.
- Analyze and review current payroll to improve methods and monitor implementation.
- Attend conference calls and meetings to obtain information on relevant payroll topics.
- Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex problems to appropriate staff.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Intermediate-advanced level of English B2+ (fluent)
- Intermediate level of excel
- Availability to move between plants when necessary in Guatemala CityPreferred qualifications
- SAP system management
- Previous experience in a human resources, finance or administration role
- Exposure to HR tools and payroll applications
- Previous experience in employee management
