Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in teaching English both remotely and onsite, with a flexible schedule availability to accommodate varying student needs.

The primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive English language lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students or groups.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their language development and improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or issues related to the learning process.
Stay updated on developments in English language teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to teach remotely using virtual platforms and onsite if required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate student needs.
