    Objetivo:
    Brindar soporte a usuarios y clientes externos.


    Requisitos:

    Escolaridad:
    Estudiante de la licenciatura en sistemas computacionales/ tecnología en computación/ Informática o Electrónica

    Experiencia: 3 años como service desk.

    Conocimientos:
    Itil (indispensable), scrome para IT, Sistemas operativos, cloud y redes.

    Deseable:
    conocimientos de google apps, microsoft office, metodologia agil.

    Horario:
    Rotativo 6:00am a 14:00pm 14:00pm a 22:00pm 22:00pm a 6:00am
