    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Role includes a 360° scope from defining consumers need s strategic approach and competitive landscape, to execution plan, KPIs and follow up for launches across LATAM.
  • This position will also lead the development of product packaging and GTM key materials, aligned to BU execution capabilities.
  • Financial skills needed : review and propose a relevant and meaningful portfolio that is accretive in terms of profitability to the Company.
  • Analytic capacity : market trends, financial data, category framework per business units, etc to help in the decision making process, give recommendations and actively help solve issues.
  • Assure flawless and timely launches across LATAM.
  • Leverages Kellogg Vision & Strategies to Win with Consumers and Customers. Understands them, creates win-win solutions to drive business forward.
  • Innovate and embrace new ideas and solutions to support and grow the business, responds positively to the change.
  • Your Recipe for Success

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
  • 2 years of business experience.
  • Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management).
  • Understanding of Shopper Marketing strategies, Shopper Activation, Route to Market, Communication (POP, Digital, etc) and complex analysis.
  • English proficiency.
  • Abilities: decision making, planning, organization, work methodologies and analytical skills.
  • Financial fundamentals knowledge.
