What You'll Bring:

  • Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target for his/her targeted “high opportunity” client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
  • Be the face for the most part of the company with key accounts.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria.
  • Provides sales coverage for accounts with significant potential.
  • Engages subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage prospects.
  • Mentors other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.
  • Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
  • Displays advanced industry knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills including a perfect command of English and Spanish.
  • Impact You'll Make:

  • Experience in sales, specifically in financial sector.
  • Preferred 3+ general business work with experience on sales of solutions about lending business and background in Financial Sales Services is preferred.
  • Preferred located in Cali, Colombia
  • Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or International business planning experience would be a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and the Office Suite of applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including 100% fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Solid project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under conflicting priorities and producing key deliverables.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Proficient organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills.
  • A high work ethic combined with vision.
