Responsibilities

Monitor Day-to-Day operations and first point of contact to address team queries/ concerns.

Ensure all internal performance SLAs are aligned as agreed with the Business Units

Build effective relationship with stakeholders, schedule calls as per the governance model to monitor discuss any challenges or issues and bring them to closure

Structure overall governance model, lead and facilitate the calls on team’s performance, over all metric and issues & challenges

Work closely with various stake holders to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for in appropriate categories accurately

People management activities



Qualifications Minimum qualifications

Procurement / AP Experience 

Previous experience on process improvement

Excellent communication skills

Fast Paced Learning

Negotiation & Anaytics Skills Preferred qualifications JDE, Ariba, SAP, Excel Hands on Experience

Customer service experience

Attention to detail

People Management Skills

Direct Communication with Client

SLA/KPI Procurement related
