• Works with Transformation Services, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities;
• Works with Ops leads, Vertical Leads and customers to design, implement and drive Value Generating [VG] roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included);
• Initiating and leading value add Black Belt [BB] projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customers;
• Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization;
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean, Six Sigma tools, Digital and
Process Excellence methodology;
• Conducting Quality Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization;
• Coaching & Mentoring Green Belts and project teams to drive value for customers based on the roadmap agreed with them;
• Leading E2E RPA/QPA programs for our existing clients working together with global teams to drive the RPA/QPA global agenda;
• Leading the assessments for opportunities identification, documenting the As-Is process, create the solution design, and work with the developer to concretize the opportunity;
• Running tests in Test and Production environments plus ensuring all the accesses and infrastructure are in place for the development; Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Six Sigma Green Belt certified
• Previous relevant experience in the field • Proven project or program management experience with ability to handle multiple tasks (Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in project management and statistical analysis systems like MS Project, Minitab etc.,
• Experience in RPA technology implementation as a Project Manager or Black Belt, preferable with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and/or UiPath
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team
• Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
• Good communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations
• Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
• Data-centric – quantitative, analytical skills and PC proficiency (Excel)
• Problem Solving Approach – including logical, systems oriented mindset
• Change Orientation – Ability to adopt to changes quickly
• Individual Performer – Ability to organize
• Experience within the Banking and Capital Markets industry (preferred) Preferred qualifications
