Primary Job Function
Achieve the sales goal for each product, maintain growth in the products represented and increase market share each year. Analyze market dynamics in assigned territories, including competition, activities and the impact they could have on Abbott's business.
Build and maintain successful relationships with key clients (doctors, hospitals, private medical centers, maternity). Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to take advantage of market opportunities.
Core Job Responsibilities
Plan and record in Sale Force visits made to doctors, comments made by them, delivery of medical samples, and all planned activities. Understand the OEC Policies and other legal regulations and report deviations to the District Manager or channels. Read and understand all the Pharmacovigilance guidelines and Breastfeeding Code. Communicate with team members about all customer and product issues. Promote Abbott's policy regarding respect for people, both with staff and with our customers. Perform administrative tasks and attend meetings within Abbott (cycle and promotional). Manage and fill out all the forms for the creation of CME for the territory in your charge. Manage, control, and ensure that inventory samples reach the right target and in the right amount, for traceability. Organize the activities set in the event master plan. Share knowledge, experiences and best practices within the team.
