As a Call Center Representative, you will receive calls from existing customers with concerns related to their landline, internet and/or TV video services. You will be required to follow a call flow
to build rapport and help the customers resolve their requests and turn that solution into a sale by overcoming objections to add new products to the customer’s account based on their individual
home entertainment needs.
1.Answer customer’s requests and inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment and claims in a timely manner.
2.Discover customer’s Residential services needs and turn the solution of their call into a sale, adding a new product or service to the customer’s account.
3.Provide information and identify the customer’s wants and needs to provide the best product or service option and close the deal with the customer.
4.May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels.
5.Responsible for improving the customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
6.Continually updating the knowledge of the products, services and promotions.
7.Exceed key performance indicators such as sales, AHT and other indicators requested as compliance and attendance (schedule adherence)
8.Meet VXI politics and procedures.
General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1.Basic knowledge regarding US residential service providers and American culture.
2.General knowledge of Residential services.
3.Sales skills and winning mindset, ability to converse and discover customer’s interest to overcome objections. Active listening skills and ability to build rapport.
4.Tolerance to change and a demanding sales environment.
5.Ability to learn different telecommunication products. Proactiveness in learning more than what is taught during new hire training.
6.Ability to multi-task, utilizing several applications like Customer Service Management systems and research tools in multiple screens.
7.Ability to follow direction and accept coaching.
