Position Purpose:

The Regional Media & Programmatic Manager is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation

of the communication strategies of each brand, adapting the Corporate and Regional Guidelines to

the demands of the local market, through the best combination of home to store touchpoints available

to reach the target audience for each of the brands, all while ensuring the strict compliance of the

financial items associated with efficient management.

The Regional Media & Programmatic Manager works with the media agency in tracking and

monitoring the media investment budget looking to generate efficiencies while achieving the brand's


Let’s talk about main responsibilities:

  • Annual strategies & planning according to the corporate guidelines and brand needs. Continuous monitoring in order to ensure compliance with the objectives established by the organization

  • Defines and validates, together with the Brand Team and Marketing Director, the objectives set by each brand, according to the corporate requirements and local specifications

  • Works with Brand Mgrs to prepare media briefs and evaluate their effectiveness using a variety of media touchpoints. Selects advertising strategies that maximizes brand appeal

  • Annual negotiation of the Media rates, through the analysis of past scenarios, trends and costs, in order to recommend to the General Management, Marketing Management and Division, competitive negotiations for the subsidiary according to the current legal framework

  • It is responsible for all aspects of Programmatic campaigns: planning and implementation. This involves securing best practice coordination with the agency implementation and campaign set up.

  • Identifies new opportunities or weaknesses/limitations of audience strategies

  • Oversees / works with agency stakeholders to manage, implement and deliver Audience Buying projects on the likes of DMP, dynamic creative, multi-touchpoint attribution, etc. (e.g. improving campaign operation efficiency such as reporting automation, developing process/service, etc)

  • Creates documents to showcase campaign performance and provides in-depth analysis of results for Personalization purposes

  • Advises Senior Management on Media related topics

  • Keeps the categories informed of the changes that have occurred in the media environment, which may affect their brands, so that the necessary preventive and corrective measures are taken

  • Provides supervision to the Brand Team on the implementation of agreed media plans

  • Attends and provides the necessary information on the Internal, External and Corporate Audit processes related to the Marketing area

  • Works hand-in-hand with the media agencies during the media plan implementation process

  • Reviews the established Media Flow Chart monthly with the Brand team and the Agency, in order to determine the guidelines that will be executed by the Agency

  • Ensures the timely preparation of the media analysis by the agency, in terms of reach, frequencies and other

  • Media KPIs in order to ensure achievement with the targets set

  • Monitors media performance and budget and recommends corrective actions

  • Ensures the strict compliance of the media budget, through the detailed analysis of the accounting closings, in order to establish the necessary alerts for the adequate control of expenses, and design savings plans that allow the efficient use of resources

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration or related fields

  • At least 7 years of Functional Experience in Media Management and Programmatic

  • At least 3 years of CPG Industry Experience or in an Agency managing a CPG  account

  • Proficiency in DSPs usage, PMPs agreements, RTB and wider programmatic landscape

  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic skills for translating Analytics Audience

  • performance into strategic actions

  • Be confident working with numbers and large amounts of data

  • 100% English Proficiency

  • Is a plus if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
