Descripción:

The AR/Collections representatives will work in a fast-paced goal-oriented department and the duties will include managing and supporting the accounts receivables for our customers. In addition, this may include other aspects of, resolving customer billing issues and reducing the overall amount of accounts receivables.-Assist customers with billing questions and payment plans.-Bilingual communication (chat, email and telephone).-Account management / relationship management -2 + years of experience in Billing, Payment Support and/or Collections-High proficiency in Excel
