As a B2B MANAGER, you will be responsible of the sales and financial results of the B2B in the country, will act as key advisor to the B2B Director on the sales issues and business opportunities, and will manage the Key Account Managers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Provide an annual B2B Sales Plan profitable, accurate, timely and complete, with quarterly updates, revisions and modifications. Coordinate the specific objectives of the B2B sales Plan with all of the Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers of the B2B Channel, the objectives needs meet or exceed company standards. Collaborate with the Sales Direction and Marketing to establish market and target customer strategies for the Company. Investigate and evaluate the success of sales, methods, costs and results. Plan and Implement all sales strategies and activities to achieve corporate sales goals at the lowest possible costs. Ensure efficient spending of expenses budget and supervise the marketing spending in the B2B Channel.
Qualifications Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Commercial Manager. Experience in the paints and coatings industry or related industry. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management, including pipeline development and tracking. Technical Marketing skills and knowledge of the products sold by the company and potential products with potential in the region. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM Tools.
