Required Skills/responsibilities:

-Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills

-Experience working with customers via portal, video conference and phone to resolve customer cases/escalations as needed

-5-10 years’ experience with proactively monitoring and troubleshooting cloud solutions 

-identify and implement key metric monitoring

-identify and implement alerts for critical items

-Experience with cloud administration

-assist in maintaining and updating documentation

- Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering

Preferred skills/experience:

-Kubernetes

-Azure cloud

-Sysdig

-Rancher
