Mynor Coronado

I am a person passionate about cooking and now I would like to have more experience in the kitchen and I would like it to be in another country for the different techniques, ingredients and menus.

I currently work in a very prestigious hotel called La Fortuna Atitlan which is located in Solola Atitlan in Guatemala, in my work shifts I am in charge of preparing different types of breakfasts, lunches and dinners, preparing coffee or tea in the morning, in the hotel dinners are different every day, it can be beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetarian, I also prepare different types of desserts, product rotation, cleaning and inventory control, most of the guests are foreigners and I learned to communicate in English with them. I worked in a Spanish Club where they worked in events, in the club and restaurant, my job in that place was to do what the chef wanted me to do, such as cleaning, production, food preparation and buffet service.

I completed my studies at the college, then I did several cooking and coffee beverage preparation courses at two institutes called Intecap and Anacafe. I studied for 3 years in a cooking academy called Chef Center, where I learned the elaboration of menus and banquets, preparation of dishes, different types of desserts, different food preparations from different countries.
