I am pursuing my degree in Electronics Engineering at Universidad de Occidente Guatemala, where I explore electronics, telecommunications, and computer systems. Previously, I worked as an IT Operations Specialist at TELUS International Central America, where I provided hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users, monitored and responded to incidents in systems, and participated in system implementation and upgrade projects with people from various countries. I also have experience in sales, presenting and demonstrating technology products and services to clients, and achieving sales milestones.

I am passionate about learning and embracing diversity, and I have acquired multiple certifications and languages, including French and English. I am also fascinated by aviation and I am studying to become a Private Pilot. My distinctive skills include IT support, project management, adaptability, and communication.
