Experiencia
A). 8 years at Cofiño Stahl, working with procesess and quality assurance. I implemented, certified and maintained the Quality Management System based on Norm ISO 9001:2015.
B). 3 years as a Customer Service Representative via chats and e-mails at Alorica, where I also had the opportunity to perform as a temporary Team Leader and as a temporary Brand Trainer.
C). 2 years an a half as a Virtual Administrative Assistant and as a Cluster Lead at Capgemini Guatemala
C.1). As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, I had a portfolio of 12 leaders (directors and managers) from different departments at a very important food company with presence in more than 100 countries. Some of my daily tasks included: calendar management, expenses management, travel management (hotel, flight and car reservation), restaurant reservations, special events organization, transcription of notes, attending their team meetings and taking notes, Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, Organizational chart elaboration, etc.
C.2). As a Cluster Lead, I was in charge of 6 Virtual Administrative Assistants. I was responsible of their performance so I elaborated strategies towards their performance improvement. I also performed QA evaluations to ensure excellence.
